Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with Finance companies to ensure a smooth process for our clients.
• Review loan applications in process daily and determine which loans must be processed immediately.
• Evaluate case-specific quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial objectives.
• Perform document audit to approve or reject each loan package for funding.
• Enter data from new loan applications and other documents into computer system.
• Provide follow-up with originators, borrowers, and agents to complete processing.
• Analyze loan files and submit completed loans for approval.
• Oversee regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to guidelines and regulations.
• Create and maintain loan files.
• Maintain status of all files in process and update as needed.
• Complete all required paperwork and forms; prepare reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client cases.
