Job summary

TaxRise seeks a Finance Specialist to process and submit finance applications for the sales team, ensuring policy adherence and strong client support. This 100% on-site role collaborates with cross-functional teams to clear stipulations and drive timely funding.

You will review, audit, and enter loan documentation, maintain files, and ensure regulatory compliance while building relationships with finance partners and originators. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• One to two years related experience or equivalent in Finance.
• Thorough working knowledge of policies, compliance, and procedures.
• High level of proficiency with credit assessment.
• Multitasking capabilities and ability to work on multiple deals at one time.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility and adaptability with changing priorities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED; or two years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with Finance companies to ensure a smooth process for our clients.
• Review loan applications in process daily and determine which loans must be processed immediately.
• Evaluate case-specific quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial objectives.
• Perform document audit to approve or reject each loan package for funding.
• Enter data from new loan applications and other documents into computer system.
• Provide follow-up on a consistent basis with originators, borrowers, and agents to complete processing.
• Analyze loan files and submit completed loans for approval.
• Oversee regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to guidelines and regulations.
• Create and maintain loan files.
• Maintain status of all files in process and update as needed.
• Complete all required paperwork and forms in a timely and accurate manner; prepare reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency of the loan application process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex client cases and resolve issues promptly.
