TaxRise in Irvine, CA is hiring a Client Care Representative to be the primary contact for clients, guiding them through tax-resolution steps with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. This full-time, onsite role offers a stable base pay and strong earning potential through monthly bonuses.

You will handle high call volumes, review documents, manage CRM records, and coordinate with case managers to move cases forward while delivering clear guidance on required documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, client support, or call center.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes in a structured environment.
• Focused on resolving client needs efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using a CRM or ticketing system.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Experience in tax services or financial services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound client calls with professionalism and confidence
• Strive for first-call resolution while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Respond to client emails, texts, and live chats within service level expectations
• Provide guidance regarding required documentation and next steps
• Demonstrate empathy while maintaining structure and call control
• Proactively request tax-related and financial documents
• Review submitted documents for completeness and compliance
• Ensure materials are uploaded and organized in CRM
• Document interactions in CRM and track open tickets
• Collaborate with case managers and internal teams
