The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Engineering and over 5 years of experience in manufacturing and robotics, with strong skills in CAD software. Training at Machina Labs HQ in California is required before transitioning to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, robotics, or automation.
• Experience designing and implementing manufacturing process improvements.
• Hands-on experience in machine shop or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution at customer sites.
