Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across various industries. The role focuses on ultrafiltration (UF) but also includes filtration, softening, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, and electro deionization.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, site reporting, inventory management, chemical handling, and training customer staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years in service/maintenance in an industrial environment.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, process and controls on equipment such as valves, pumps, instrumentation, and automation hardware.
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, etc.).
• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics).
• Train customer operators on operation and maintenance of their system.
• Other duties as assigned.
