Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for diverse industries. This role covers technologies including media filtration, wastewater treatment, softening, RO, IX, de-oxygenation, EDI, and UF.

You will conduct troubleshooting, calibrations, and performance optimization for customers, ensuring safety and contract compliance while maintaining detailed site documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years’ experience in service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
• Current TWIC Card or ability to obtain after hire date
• Current Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Enter and complete work orders in Maintenance Program (MaintainX)
• Other duties as assigned
