Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Dispatchable Field Service Representative to deliver operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for a variety of industries. This role involves working with technologies such as filtration, RO, IX, and UF, with an emphasis on maintenance, calibration, and performance optimization.

You will consult with customer management and operation teams, perform troubleshooting, and ensure contract compliance with volume and quality specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of service/maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Must be able to travel frequently.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment (valves, air compressors, pumps, instrumentation).
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; ensure proper stock levels.
• Monitor and operate chemical injection systems and assess performance.
• Perform analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, pH, chlorine, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC).
• Review customer plant installations against P&IDs and drawings.
• Other duties as assigned.
