Job summary

Veolia is hiring a Field Service Representative to deliver operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems, focusing on ultrafiltration and related technologies. You will work with customer teams, troubleshoot across mechanical, electrical, and process controls, and ensure compliance with contract specifications.

This role requires travel, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate remotely with project teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
• Provide informal training on operation and maintenance of client systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, process and controls on field equipment such as valves, air compressors, pumps and instrumentation.
• Create and maintain site paperwork and provide detailed technical summaries of work performed.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals; manage site records.
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems and site testing (turbidity, pH, chlorine, etc.).
• Review customer plant installations against P&IDs and electrical schematics.
• Train customer operators on operation and maintenance of their system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
