Job summary

Entrust Corporation in Salt Lake City, UT is hiring a 1st Shift On-site Field Service Technician. You will perform high quality preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment across customer sites daily, with autonomy to diagnose and repair mechanical embossers, thermal image application, and related systems.

Qualified technicians possess a diploma or GED, 2+ years electromechanical experience, and the ability to travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with electromechanical experience.
• Associates degree in Electronics or related field or verifiable training preferred.
• Proficient problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to drive to multiple customer sites daily and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on Entrust equipment.
• Diagnose and repair systems including embossers, laminating, magstripe, and card data writing.
• Calibrate sensors and tests; replace worn parts as needed.
• Follow dispatch system and report service activity; manage inventory per ERP.
