Job summary

Tokyo Electron America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service/Start-Up Engineer II to provide moderately complex on-site technical support and service for complex equipment.

The role will require mentoring junior staff and demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance under limited supervision. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement troubleshooting strategies and solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Service Manager and other team members to develop and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, alongside safety and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Actively support corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects and initiatives.
• Create and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all service activities, including service reports, repair records, and customer communication.
• Assist in the development and delivery of customer training programs and workshops.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to assist in the development and testing of new products.
