Segra is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Parkersburg, WV for a full-time, on-site role. The engineer will manage day-to-day network activities, including installation, commissioning, turn-up, testing, and on-site support for transport and IP/Data networks. On-call duties are required as needed.

Qualifications include 2+ years with telecom equipment and knowledge of Cisco/Ciena, with an Associate’s degree preferred. Benefits and a comprehensive package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of telecom equipment experience.
• Knowledge of telecom equipment (Cisco, Ciena).
• Associate’s degree or technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission equipment, circuits, and network components.
• Turn-up and testing of circuits/nodes, and service testing.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot transport, switching, and IP/Data networks.
