Segra is seeking a qualified Field Service Engineer (Lone Tree/Pueblo CO) to join our on-site team. The role covers installation, commissioning, circuit turn-up, testing, and maintenance of transport and IP/data networks, with on-call duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of telecom equipment experience, familiarity with Cisco/Ciena gear, and an Associate degree or technical training. You will work with customers, service technicians, and engineering staff to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of telecom equipment experience.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Ciena equipment.
• Associate degree or technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission network equipment.
• Turn-up and testing of circuits/nodes.
• Interact with customers, technicians, and engineering teams.
