Qualifications

• 2–4 years in project controls or heavy field accounting.
• Experience with cost reporting and owner billing.
• Willing to work on-site in Jackson, MS area and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor payables and reconcile invoices against POs.
• Manage trucker logistics: verify haul tickets and logs.
• Enter monthly owner estimates for client billing.
• Track weekly quantities and compare to budget.
• Support cost-to-complete and revenue projections with Lead Field Controller.
• Provide back-up Clerk coverage and assist field payroll.
