Job summary

Labor Finders seeks a Field Operations Coordinator / Administrative Support to join a construction team at USAFA, Colorado Springs. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with a day shift, Monday–Friday, on-site at the USAFA project.

You will provide on-site admin and operational support, coordinate field teams and subcontractors, manage reports and logs, and help ensure safe, efficient project progress in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of admin or construction site support experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site administrative support including reporting, documentation, and invoicing.
• Support Job Safety Analysis (JSA) preparation, updates, and submissions.
• Coordinate schedules, timesheets, and communication with field teams and subcontractors.
• Track daily production data and project progress using digital tools.
• Maintain site logs, schedules, visitor records, and badge access control.
