Job summary

USA Renovations is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support field projects by ensuring jobs are prepared, crews are equipped, and issues are resolved quickly. This high-responsibility, fast-paced role requires strong problem-solving, responsiveness, and the ability to operate under pressure, including overnight shifts and after-hours support.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in construction, field ops, logistics, or related environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours calls and issues.

Responsibilities

Field Readiness & Coordination: Confirm jobsite readiness prior to crew arrival; ensure materials and equipment are available and staged; coordinate site logistics.
Materials, Equipment & Logistics: Arrange delivery/transport of materials and equipment; verify equipment is functional; coordinate last-mile logistics; respond to field issues including after hours.
Execution Monitoring: Confirm crews arrive and begin work as scheduled; track delays; communicate issues to internal team; support project execution.
