Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years managing land development for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with stakeholder collaboration experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages project schedules, cost projections, project budgets, and resource plans.
• Reviews contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure full understanding of project scope.
• Ensures compliance with contract terms and company standards.
• Tracks and forecasts labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Reviews and approves subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Monitors production, schedule adherence, and quality control.
• Coordinates necessary field inspections and facilitates resolution of deficiencies.
• Supports field teams with project coordination and problem-solving.
• Ensures materials and equipment are delivered per project schedule.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Proactively identifies and mitigates project risks and supports safety culture.
• Receives and responds to project concerns from owners, residents, and agencies.
