Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing land development for commercial, residential, and mixed‑use projects.
• Deep understanding of the land development lifecycle, contracts, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proficiency in construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages project schedules, cost projections, budgets, and resource plans.
• Reviews contract documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
• Ensures compliance with contract terms and company standards.
• Tracks and forecasts labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Reviews and approves subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Manages change orders (pricing, negotiation, documentation).
• Monitors production, schedule adherence, and quality control.
• Coordinates necessary field inspections and facilitates resolution of deficiencies.
• Supports field teams with project coordination and problem‑solving.
• Ensures materials and equipment are delivered per project schedule.
