• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Virginia Professional Engineer license required or ability to reciprocity within 6 months.
• 7+ years of land development oversight experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and amend drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supports design and execution of land development projects from concept to completion.
• Develops and manages detailed project schedules, budgets, resources, and reports.
• Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and public agencies to maintain progress and compliance.
• Reviews drawings and documents to ensure alignment with project goals; expedites bond release.
• Prepares RFPs and manages bidding; coordinates contract execution.
• Oversees site plan development and infrastructure designs with the Construction Engineer.
