Qualifications

• Multiple years of machine repair experience.
• Ability to operate on-site 75% of the time with in-town and out-of-town projects.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate project activities and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead others.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
• Effective time management and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination: interpret specs, project needs, and schedules.
• Site management: ensure safety, quality, and productivity on sites.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise field personnel to meet plans and policies.
• Manage procedures, work schedules, and productivity opportunities.
• Oversee client, subcontractor, and PM relationships to reach goals.
• Complete daily reporting and site safety meetings.
