Qualifications

• Multiple years of Machine Repair experience
• Onsite 75% of the time with in-town/out-of-town projects
• Ability to coordinate project activities
• Strong communication and organization skills
• OSHA 30
• Ability to read/building drawings, blueprints, specs

Responsibilities

• Interpret project specifications and plans to execute the project.
• Assists in projecting needs for equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Ensure the jobsite has the required materials and equipment for crews.
• Review job hazard assessments with Estimator/PM and update schedules.
• Escalate concerns and implement corrective actions with the project team.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate safety, quality, and productivity.
• Direct, supervise and mentor field personnel to meet plans and policies.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and PM to achieve goals.
• Ensure daily reporting and site safety meetings are completed.
