Job summary

Lee Industrial Contracting is seeking an Estimator-Project Manager for machine repair in Walker, MI. You will lead site visits, develop scopes of work, and coordinate with Sales to finalize bids for industrial repair projects.

Responsibilities include preparing labor/material take-offs, reviewing supplier and subcontractor proposals, and ensuring safety and quality in the field. Travel approx. 25% and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial machine repair.
• Good communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with estimating software and MS Office suites.

Responsibilities

• Attend site visits to review site conditions and develop an accurate scope of work.
• Prepare detailed labor and material take-offs using estimating methods.
• Review and submit supplier, distributor & subcontractor proposals to include in the bid package.
• Participate in finalizing a complete scope of work with Sales for client submissions.
• Follow up on requested revisions with Sales and suppliers during the proposal period.
• May be required to be on-site depending on customer/project requirements.
• Attend safety, training, sales, strategy and other meetings as required.
