Job summary

Soave Enterprises is seeking a Field Operations - Project Manager for Brambleton, Loudon County, VA to oversee field operations from preconstruction through completion. You’ll coordinate meetings, site walks, inspections, utility coordination, and stakeout activities to ensure readiness and compliance with plans.

You will monitor site conditions, supervise grading, utilities, and vertical development, track progress, manage field inspections, and maintain daily logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Construction, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing land development for commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans and drawings.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Reviews contract documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
• Tracks and forecasts labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Reviews and approves subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Monitors production, schedule adherence, and quality control.
• Coordinates necessary field inspections and facilitates resolution of deficiencies.
