Job summary

SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. in San Diego County seeks a Lead Cleaner to supervise a small residential cleaning crew. You’ll set the pace and standards on site, perform final walk-throughs, and mentor newer cleaners.

Pay is $24–$28 per hour, full-time, primarily weekday daytime hours (8am–4pm). All supplies, equipment, and training are provided, with opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paid cleaning experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Weekday daytime availability.
• Someone others naturally follow — calm, steady, high standards.
• English or Spanish — both is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small crew on residential, deep, and move-out cleans.
• Set the pace and the standard on site.
• Final walkthrough and quality check before you leave.
• Train newer cleaners on our standards.
• Report damage, maintenance issues, and client concerns.
