Job summary

The Marketing Support Specialist is responsible for executing tactical marketing efforts for their assigned auction location(s).

Tactics include email, phone outreach, social media, and sales enablement, coordinates and delivers on the overall presence of assigned location ensuring physical and digital signage and other point of sale materials are properly places and visible to clients and aligns with Manheim brand guidelines, influences sale day experience, contacts targeted clients via phone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3 years related experience; alternative combinations possible including higher degree with up to 1 year experience or 5 years related field experience.
• Ability to adapt communication to audience and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-facing and field marketing experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Execute tactical marketing efforts (email, phone outreach, social media, sales enablement) for assigned auction location(s).
• Coordinate and ensure presence of signage and POS materials; align with the Manheim brand guidelines.
• Influence sale day experience by engaging with clients and promoting in-lane activities.
• Contact targeted clients by phone to discuss sales or business needs.
• Build relationships with auction leadership, field sales, and key dealership clients.
• Manage website, social media, and sales enablement content for the auction location(s).
• Provide weekly performance recaps to field and auction leadership.
• Understand monthly budgets and ensure expenses are properly accounted for.
