Pogue Construction is seeking a Field Engineer to support a ground-up data center project. This on-site role reports to the Superintendent and is a path toward Assistant Superintendent, offering hands-on field experience in mission-critical construction.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in Construction Management or engineering, has 2+ years field experience, can read plans, and is comfortable in the field daily.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience.
• 2+ years of field engineering or equivalent on commercial/industrial/heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read and coordinate plans and specs; field-ready daily work.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily field operations with sequencing, lookahead, and coordination with subs.
• Review drawings and specs, identify conflicts, and manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate site civil, utilities, concrete, structural, and MEP scopes against plans.
• Support QA/QC with field inspections and testing per plans.
• Assist commissioning and turnover coordination with MEP and Cx teams.
• Track daily manpower, equipment, materials, quantities, and production; report progress.
• Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and change logs; promote safety.
