The Role

We are hiring a Field Engineer to support our team on a ground-up data center project. You will work directly with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendents, turning drawings and specs into coordinated, documented field work. • Review drawings and specifications, identify conflicts, and manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews
  • Coordinate site civil, underground utilities, concrete, structural, and MEP scopes against the plans
  • Support QA/QC, including field inspections, testing, and verification that work meets plans and specs
  • Support commissioning and turnover coordination with the MEP and Cx teams
  • Track daily manpower, equipment, materials, quantities, and production, and report progress to project leadership
  • Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and change documentation
  • Promote safe work practices and support the project safety program
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent field experience
  • 2+ years of field engineering or comparable field experience on commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects
  • Ability to read and coordinate plans and specs, and comfort working in the field every day
  • Working knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain it)
  • Willingness to travel to and spend extended time in the Amarillo area for the duration of the project
