• Assist subcontractors with field needs so the Superintendent can focus on overall project execution.
• Assist with basic scheduling and coordination.
• Maintain field documentation, including hot work permits.
• Schedule inspections as directed.
• Use Bluebeam, Microsoft 365, and Procore for project documentation and coordination.
• Communicate with subcontractors and project team members by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing field conditions and schedules.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and report hazards promptly.
