Job summary

Next150 Construction Services is seeking a Construction Engineer III to support the project team on-site, coordinating information, schedules and documents to deliver projects on time and within budget. You’ll work with PMs and field crews, using CMiC and Bluebeam to manage logs, RFIs and submittals.

The role emphasizes field-embedded collaboration, cost reporting, and safety while expanding industry relationships and training opportunities through Gilbane University.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Construction Management or a similar field.
• 3+ years with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and distribute all project information with the Project Manager.
• Maintain real-time contract document logs (RFIs, submittals, etc.).
• Prepare change management reports, estimates and cost documents.
• Develop and update CPM-based project schedules.
• Support field execution of self-perform work and logistics.
