Zusammenfassung

Next150 Construction Services, LLC seeks a Construction Engineer III to support field operations on our projects. You will work on-site with crews and foremen, coordinating information, schedules, and quality control to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role offers strong training opportunities through Gilbane University and exposure to self-performing workflows under PMs and Executives, bridging field work with project management. Travel to trainings may be required.

Qualifikationen

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field.
• 3+ years with a large trade contractor, construction management or GC organization; or equivalent combo of education and experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and distribute project information with the Project Manager.
• Maintain real-time contract document logs.
• Prepare status reports for RFIs, submittals, and documents.
• Draft scopes of work for bid packages.
• Issue RFPs and follow up with contractors and vendors.
• Update project schedules using CPM techniques.
• Document field quality activities and outcomes.
• Prepare change management reports and cost documents.
• Maintain project quality files and documentation systems.
• Develop industry relationships to generate opportunities for Next 150.
• Attend jobsite coordination meetings.
• Coordinate delivery and movement of owned equipment and bulk materials.
• Assist in billing review with accounting.
• Use CMiC, Bluebeam, Procore for field reporting and logs.
• Review and revise self-perform scopes for clarity.
