Job summary

Classifieds24, based in New York, seeks an Assistant Field Representative to join our construction team. The role reports to the project manager and focuses on accurate daily field reports, clear communication, and strict adherence to safety protocols on an active job site.

You will read drawings, follow project directions, and liaise with client representatives daily. Working hours are 6 am to 2:30 pm, with union labor involvement and a strong emphasis on reliability and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and understand specifications.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and reliability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate daily field reports including pre-shift meeting reports.
• Follow direction from Project Manager
• Communicate clearly and professionally with client representatives on a daily basis under the direction of the project manager
• Follow established protocols, compliance standards, and safety procedures
• Work location is an active job site, daily from 6 am to 2:30 pm
• Work with an Union labor force
