Job summary

ByVerTek LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex fiber optic network projects from initiation through completion. This 100% on-site role requires planning, coordination, and delivery that meets scope, schedule, and quality while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has PMO experience, PMP certification, and strong Excel data analysis skills. Some travel to construction sites is required, and relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Over 5 years of PMO experience.
• PMP certification is required.
• Excel proficiency for data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Some travel to construction sites will be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee execution of complex fiber optic projects across lifecycles.
• Own timelines, milestones, and deliverables; ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide training and guidance to PMO teams; liaise with subcontractors and clients.
• Provide executive-level project progress updates and reporting.
• Manage resources to ensure staffing aligns with objectives.
• Lead project meetings and track action items to integration in schedules.
• Identify risks and escalate issues to maintain project integrity.
• Read KMZ files and fiber network maps; understand cable specs and color codes.
• Collaborate to establish KPIs, training, and policies for complex projects.
