Job summary

One Federal Solution (OFS) seeks a Records Examiner/Analyst to support a government client in an on-site role in Washington, DC. You will work closely with federal staff to review data, confirm completeness, and prepare documents and reports.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree in accounting, finance, or business and at least one year in a field related to law enforcement, with strong written and verbal communication and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Four-year undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Public Trust Eligibility required.
• Must be able to work on-site at government client location.
• Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• At least one year of experience in a field related to law enforcement.
• Ability to analyze documents to extract information.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate data from multiple sources.
• Enter data accurately into databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Create case/project files.
• Manage validation and verification of case data systems.
• Track case file status to meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports and summaries with proper format.
• Provide timely status updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
