Clear Global Solutions LLC is seeking an on-site Facility Manager to oversee operations, inspections, and project management across various GSA facilities nationwide.

The role requires 5+ years in facility management, knowledge of preventive maintenance, contract management, and safety practices, with a focus on coordination across multiple stakeholders and vendors. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal clearance are prerequisites.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations across federal facilities assigned.
• Serve as primary point of contact for tenant agencies and stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor building systems, maintenance contracts, vendors, and services.
• Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring.
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review.
• Inspect facilities to verify compliance with terms and requirements.
• Support upgrades, renovations, and small construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, government staff, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor maintenance activities and contract performance.
• Track issues and prepare reports for review.
• Support customer service efforts and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage facility assets and capital improvement projects.
• Lead space planning and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate security operations, emergency response planning, and incident coordination.
• Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness activities.
• Supervise maintenance, administrative, and cross-functional teams.
