The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facility or property management, experience with FM software, and the ability to obtain a federal security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facility management, construction, or property management.
• Experience with facilities management software and contract oversight.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and safety practices.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across GSA facilities.
• Coordinate with tenant agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Monitor vendors, service contracts, and capital projects.
• Prepare inspection reports and compliance documentation.
• Support budgeting and cost-tracking under oversight.
• Lead space planning, renovations, and safety initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance across facilities.
