Clear Global Solutions LLC is seeking an on-site Facility Manager to oversee operations, inspections, and project management across GSA facilities nationwide.

You will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. A strong background in facilities management software and building systems is required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facility management, construction, or property management.
• Experience with facilities management software.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning.
• Experience with contract management.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
• Understanding of building systems.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (Secret / Top Secret / Public Trust).

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations across federal facilities assigned.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant agencies and stakeholders.

• Coordinate reimbursable work and support cost monitoring activities.
• Assist with budgeting and financial tracking under the direction of the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
• Prepare documentation, inspection reports, and recommendations for GSA review using required formats.
• Inspect federal and leased facilities to verify compliance with applicable terms and requirements.
• Support building system upgrades, space renovations and small construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate with contractors, tenants, government staff, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor maintenance activities, service quality, and contract performance.
• Track issues and prepare reports for review.
• Support customer service efforts and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage facility assets and capital improvement projects.
• Lead space planning and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate security operations, emergency response planning, and incident coordination.
• Support business continuity planning and emergency preparedness activities.
• Supervise the maintenance team, administrative team, and cross-functional teams.
