Qualifications

• Eight years' PM or Engineering Manager experience.
• Experience overseeing property management, inspections, vendor onboarding, and scorecards.
• Ability to work with government personnel to coordinate facility support issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication with vendors and government personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and support a multi-disciplined workforce for facilities maintenance.
• Be available for emergency response within 2 hours, 24/7.
• Ensure risk, cost, quality, compliance, and contract performance.
• Serve as main point of contact for all stakeholders.
