Formación

• Working knowledge of and some experience in maintenance skills.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain building, plant and equipment.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled trouble shooting and repairs of building/plant equipment.
• Performs scheduled maintenance and repairs on building/plant equipment.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Plumbs and carpentry functions; remodel/maintenance of patient rooms and spaces as directed.
• Maintains records of electrical equipment and safety incidents; assists in safety checks.
• Interacts professionally with patients, coworkers and vendors; participates in meetings and trainings.
• Transports patients as needed; maintains facility grounds and vehicles.
