Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated on-site in Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA seeks a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems across our facilities. You will assist in building repairs, daily upkeep, and safety compliance.

Required: 3+ years in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical, and a valid state driver’s license; completion of a technical training program; willingness to be on-call

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting fixtures and basic electrical components.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment.
• Perform interior maintenance tasks (hang pictures, repair furniture).
• Conduct minor plumbing repairs.
• Complete small tasks such as painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests.
