Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions seeks a custodial professional to support daily maintenance at Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego. You will perform cleaning, sanitizing, floor care, and furniture care across assigned facilities, reporting to the Task Order Manager.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship or legal residency, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check. Pay rate is 26.31/hr; work hours may include overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Mature judgment and ability to work with little supervision.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties including cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and related fixtures.
• Move and arrange furniture as needed for cleaning or replacement.
• Identify and report building maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
