Job summary

Fanatics Commerce seeks a Custodial Maintenance Technician to perform janitorial, maintenance, and grounds tasks across multiple facilities in a fast-paced environment. You will operate hand and power tools, follow safety procedures, and support preventive maintenance under limited supervision.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors and indoors, and willingness to rotate assignments including snow removal and grounds work. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physically able to lift 25 lb and stand for shifts.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Bloodborne Pathogens certification or willingness to obtain.
• Familiarity with Lock Out-Tag Out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial, housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance tasks across multiple facilities.
• Work with limited supervision in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Protect safety standards and maintain clean, welcoming spaces for staff and visitors.
• Rotate across assignments including snow removal, lawn care, and equipment maintenance.
• Identify and report issues; engage in preventative maintenance rounds.
