Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to the facility and equipment, including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and carpentry.
• Performs troubleshooting and diagnoses problems.
• Performs preventative maintenance duties including filter changes and lubrication of motors.
• Meets and coordinates with contracted vendors.
• As needed performs housekeeping duties in common areas, hallways, stairwells, and grounds.
• Snow removal and landscaping as needed.
• Maintains the work order system, document all work as instructed.

Job Description

Under close Supervision, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, this position will trouble shoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on specialized building equipment and systems. Maintenance Technician will need to be able to complete multiple tasks in the building and grounds daily.

Essential Functions

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs to the facility and equipment, including but not limited to, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and carpentry, observing all safety standard and policies.
• Performs troubleshooting and diagnoses problems.
• Performs preventative maintenance duties including but not limited to filter changes, lubrication of motors, etc.
• Meets and coordinates with contracted vendors.
• As needed performs housekeeping duties in common areas, hallways, stairwells, and grounds in times of need.
• Snow removal and landscaping as needed.
• Maintains our work order system, Hot SoS, fully documents all work as instructed.
