Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities, workplace services, operations, events, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service/ticket management systems.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a corporate office or facilities environment.
• Experience coordinating internship programs or mentoring others.
• Knowledge of workplace services, event management, and building security processes.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facilities operations and service management, including requests, communications, and metrics tracking.
• Lead internship program onboarding, scheduling, and development activities.
• Administer key management processes, inventory controls, and access records.
• Plan and support meetings, events, and workplace initiatives with stakeholders.
• Maintain facilities documentation, calendars, and operating procedures; support continuous improvement.
