• High school diploma or GED plus 1.5 years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant area.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First aid certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs semi-skilled maintenance, repair, remodeling, alterations, and construction of buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment.
• Operates hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment as needed.
• Performs minor repairs on fixtures, plumbing, heating, laundry, kitchen equipment, motors, and electrical appliances.
