Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the safe operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems at our Glendale facility. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects while ensuring safety standards.

You will work hands-on with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Assoc degree or technical certification in related field preferred.
• 1-5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with safety programs and preventive maintenance systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, replace, and repair building equipment and infrastructure components as needed.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and service schedules.
• Support facility improvement projects including renovations and safety initiatives.
