Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support safe operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems across our Willingboro facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and project work, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

The ideal candidate tackles HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks hands-on and thrives in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment with opportunities to impact facility performance

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience with building systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics for repairs.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout.
• Experience maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, replace, and repair building equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure components as required.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, inspections, and service schedules.
• Support facility improvement projects including renovations, upgrades, and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance work with vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with safety standards.
