Job summary

Radwell International LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support building systems, equipment, and infrastructure across our Glendale facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, requiring hands-on problem solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; technical certification is preferred.
• Associate degree or vocational training in construction, facilities maintenance, HVAC, electrical tech, or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of facilities maintenance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, replace, and repair building equipment and infrastructure components.
• Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, inspections, and service schedules.
• Support facility improvement projects including renovations, upgrades, and safety initiatives.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed in all tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and coordinate replenishment.
