Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or general maintenance preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in painting, carpentry, light masonry, and general building repair.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, and minor electrical work.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls.
