Property Management Professionals LLC. (PMP) seeks a motivated Maintenance Technician for the 8899 Beverly Association in West Hollywood, CA. You will handle on-site facility maintenance and coordinate with vendors to keep properties in excellent condition.

You will need strong communication, a friendly disposition, and a commitment to extraordinary customer service for residents and staff, with the flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
• Finishing skills with drywall, carpentry, and light plumbing.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and willingness to work overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC/building maintenance cert is a plus.
• Extraordinary customer service skills.
• Honest, responsible, optimistic, enjoyable demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Inspects buildings and structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions.
• Performs minor electrical maintenance including fixtures and bulbs.
• Performs minor plumbing maintenance such as leaks and drains.
• Performs minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies.
• Coordinate with management, on-site staff, vendors, and Board.
• Provide extraordinary service to all residents, addressing matters timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
