PMP is seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at 8899 Beverly Association, West Hollywood, CA. The ideal candidate will provide on-site facility maintenance, collaborate with the management company, staff, and vendors, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks as part of day-to-day property care.

Qualifications

• Proven maintenance technician experience in building systems.
• Basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills.
• Customer service focus and problem-solving ability.

Responsabilités

• Inspect facilities and determine repairs with notes and a checklist.
• Perform minor electrical work: switches, outlets, bulbs, fuses.
• Carry out minor plumbing repairs and unclog drains as needed.
• Handle light painting, carpentry and masonry tasks.
• Maintain inventory of supplies for daily tasks.
• Coordinate with management, on-site staff, vendors and Board.
• Deliver extraordinary service to residents promptly.
