GDI Ainsworth, located in Franklin, TN, seeks an energetic facilities maintenance team member to perform routine and specialized maintenance across buildings, equipment, and grounds. Responsibilities include painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and janitorial tasks as needed by client facilities.

You will conduct inspections, perform preventative maintenance, and handle repairs, with opportunities to work on heavy machinery and site infrastructure while coordinating with contractors

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance with commercial experience.
• Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing faulty parts.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
• Perform specialized maintenance work as required (heavy machinery, vehicles, carpentry, grounds, etc.).
• Coordinate and oversee contractors for professional repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
• Complete electronic or paper-based records of maintenance tasks.
